七田ブランドコンセプトの｢米本来の旨味を最大限引き出す｣と低アルコールの｢軽快さ｣を蔵人の技で融合させた新商品が発売です。洋梨やメロンを思わせる心地よい香りと、やわらかい口当たり。口に含んだ際の、広がる甘味と程よい酸味のバランスが良いです。スッキリで軽快ながらも七田らしい旨味を感じます。
This is a new product brewed using artisanal (kurodo) techniques, combined with the Shichida’s brand concept of “drawing the maximum umami from rice” as well as the “lightness” of low alcohol.
Delightful flavours of pear and melon, and a silky texture – the well-balanced sweetness and the moderate acidity brings out Shichida’s original refreshing umami.
