| Tasting note |
18-24 months in 225 Liter French oak barriques, followed by minimum 3 months of bottle ageing. Perfect with flavourful and spicy meat terrines, roasted or stewed lamb, duck or goose meat with sweet and sour sauces, game, and spicy beef dishes. A Bordeaux style blend made from carefully selected hand-picked grapes grown on the estate of the winery near Elenovo village in south-east Bulgaria. The wine possesses intense ruby colour with brilliant purple nuances, and a complex nose, rich in fresh and dried fruit aromas, truffles, vanilla and spices. The taste is supple, compact, with round body, silky and sweet tannins. Long finish. |
