An tasty blend of over 85% Chardonnay with Pinot Noir. A beautiful shade of salmon pink, the aroma hints at strawberries and rose petals with a trace of citrus zest. The bubbles are very fine and the wine goes down very smoothly but it has great body. The versatility of this rosé makes it a perfect pair with sushi, fresh strawberries, and even a sweet rhubarb tart! |
