きっかけは「上善如水」。みずのごとしの名前の通り、あらゆるものと調和して、するりと喉の奥へと落ちる。目指したのはシンプルで清らかなお酒です。
Shirataki's signature label is pure as the area's naturally soft water and quality rice. This sake is everything that makes it's region, Echigo - Yuzawa, delicious. Jozen White is light & guzzable with a slightly fruity aroma that ultimately leans dry for a crisp, refreshing finish.
